Attention Residents:
The Borough has been experiencing multiple issues with dropped phone calls over the last two weeks. Our provider has assured us the concern is not on our end, rather the cooperation of other carriers interfacing with our phone carrier. The carrier is working through the issues, and expects to have full interface cooperation with all carriers by the end of September.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing issues with calls being made to the Borough dropping when being transferred, please simply call back, explain you were dropped, and ask to leave your name and phone number for the appropriate department.
